The photo above is one I submitted for your sunrise/sunset prompt that I found on the Throughline website. It is of the Appalachian Trail in Killington, Vermont, a place that I love very much. If we, as a nation, continue down the path that we have been going (ignoring climate change, constant littering, disturbing nature, etc.) we could eventually lose sights like this, a phot I took when I was hiking the trail with my family back in 2016. It is truly a special place, as are so many parts of nature. We cannot forget that, as a country.
