For the ‘Photography’ prompt, I chose a picture I took when flying to Florida to come to Stetson. It isn’t a particularly recent photo, but it still speaks to me not just as a reminder of home, but of nature in general. Instead of looking up at a mountain, it’s rarer, especially now, to look down on mountains. As big as they are, they are a part of nature and while seemingly distant and untouchable – due to their size, height, or in this picture, by clouds—they are a part of nature as well, and as vulnerable as any other part.
